Description:

TheHDPE plastic bagsisa sterile barrier package constructed entirely from transparent plastic films, with no paper component. It is formed by sealing together two layers of medical-grade plastic film or from a seamless tubing, creating a completely clear, flexible package.

1.Key Features:

Material & Structure: Made from 100% transparent plastic films, such as PE, PET, PA, or PP.Our customers typically use two types of materials: HDPE and LDPE.This allows for the creation of pouches with high clarity on all sides. The size, shape, thickness, and material combination (e.g., co-extrusions) are fully customized to application needs.

Sterilization: While compatible primarily with low-temperature methods like Ethylene Oxide and Gamma Irradiation due to the plastic's properties, specific high-barrier films can also be validated for steam sterilization.

Customization & Printing: Supports multi-color printing directly on the film and can be tailored for various multi-field applications.

2.Primary Advantages:

  • Cost-Effective:  High density polyethylene bags/Low density polyethylene bags generally offers a lower cost compared to paper-plastic combinations, providing an economical sterile barrier solution.
  • Superior Visibility & Moisture Resistance: The all-plastic, fully transparent design provides excellent, unobstructed visibility of the contents. It also offers inherent waterproof and moisture-proof properties, protecting contents from humidity.
  • Design Flexibility & Barrier Options: The choice of film (PE, PET, PA, PP) allows engineers to select the optimal balance of clarity, strength, chemical resistance, and specific barrier properties (e.g., high oxygen barrier with PA).
  • Clean Presentation: Generates no particulates or lint, which is critical for sensitive devices and cleanroom environments.

3.Main Applications:

HDPE plastic bags widely be used for packaging medical devices, diagnostic components, and pharmaceuticals that require clear visibility and moisture protection. Common uses include syringes, catheters, liquid-containing products, electronics, and kits destined primarily for EO or Radiation sterilization.
