The PETG Medical Blister Pack(can be called as (Thermoformed Tray ,Blister tray) is a high-performance, rigid packaging solution formed from amorphous polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG). It is the industry-preferred material for creating sterile barrier systems that offer an optimal balance of clarity, strength, and process compatibility for critical medical devices.PETG is currently recognized both in China and abroad as the best raw material for producing blister pack packaging.

Sterilization Compatibility:​ Validated for all major industrial sterilization methods, including Ethylene Oxide (EO), Gamma Irradiation, and Steam (Autoclave)​ sterilization, offering maximum flexibility.

Customization:​ Size, shape, and thickness are fully customizable. Common thicknesses  range from 0.15mm to 3.0mm to suit devices of varying weight and profile.We have imported PETG raw material (Eastman6763,SK2008 and SK2012) to make PETG Blister Tray.
