Description:
The Medical Center-Seal Pouch is a pre-made, three-side-sealed sterilization pouch. Its distinct design features a transparent plastic film on one entire side and a strip-shaped window of breathable medical paper on the opposite side, rather than a full paper back. This strip is sealed along the pouch's longitudinal center, giving the pouch its name and added structural integrity.

Material & Structure: It is constructed by laminating a strip of breathable material to a full sheet of clear composite film (e.g PET/PE). The breathable strip options include DuPont Tyvek® (models: 1073B, 1059B), Dawnsens/Hypak paper (H1060B, H1075B), or medical-grade dialysis paper (60g/70g/80g).
Design: The combination of a large transparent area and a targeted breathable strip optimizes both content visibility and sterilant (e.g.Steam, EO, Irradiation) penetration.
Customization: Size, shape, and thickness are fully customizable. It supports high-quality printing on the film area.
